HR Advisor

In your new role, you will be working very closely with the Head of HR, you’ll be a pivotal part of a busy HR team and exposed to many areas of the business. This role is quite admin heavy, however there will be a lot of scope for development and the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the business grows.

  • To advise and support Managers on all Employee Relations Issues: Disciplinaries, Absence management, probation reviews, investigations etc
  • Implementing new procedures and structures to develop the HR workstreams within the business
  • Direct sourcing, screening and interviewing of new talent for your client group
  • Supporting Head of HR with the new HR System Implementation, annual engagement survey, annual salary review and other ad hoc projects
  • Updating company policies and ensuring the business keeps up to date on employment law changes
  • Responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, creating and issuing new starter paperwork through to diarising and conducting exit interviews
  • Preparing and diarising new starter inductions
  • Ensuring the org chart stays up to date with employee changes
  • Ownership for all coordination and administration of company benefits
  • Creating and maintaining a suite of HR letter templates
  • MI reporting (Bradford Factor reporting, Headcount and Turnover reports)


  • At least 5 years HR experience
  • Strong experience of directly sourcing new talent for the business
  • Demonstrable Experience of dealing with employee relations issues
  • CIPD level 5 (desirable)
  • Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft office packages
