Location: Billericay Head Office: Prestige House, Radford Way, Billericay, Essex, CM12 0BZ

Working Hours: 09.00am – 17.30pm, Monday – Friday

Job type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract – (Potential for a perm contract at the end)

Your new role:

Your role as a Logistics Intern will see you working with 4 main departments within the business including: Finance, Operations, Marketing and Sales. You will spend 3 months in each department before you rotate to the next. It is a great opportunity to learn first-hand about the work involved in each department. At the end of the 12 month contract you will be given full support by the HR department in cv writing, interview techniques and any career advice you would like to talk through.


  • Learning how both sides of the business work (Both DG International and Pro Carrier)
  • Learning how each department is structured
  • Gaining a full understanding of the Logistics and Parcel industries
  • Supporting each function with daily duties and project work


  • A working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
