Your new role

A brand new and exciting role has arisen for a Salesforce Administrator to join a forward-thinking organisation based in Billericay, Essex.

This fast-growing business are going through a sustained period of growth and are now looking for a Salesforce enthusiast to help with the day to day running of the Salesforce Org. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be providing technical expertise to our users and while also carrying out vital audits, project support and administrative duties. You need to have strong communication skills and at least one year’s Salesforce experience. You will need to show a passion for all things Salesforce and want to learn a wide range of new skills and technologies.


  • Work with the administrators, developers and users to increase efficiency both Salesforce- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as well as a custom-built solution.
  • Assist with the continuous training and development of Salesforce users and specific release training
  • Research and brainstorm effective strategies
  • Be responsible for the BAU administration tasks assisting the team and users
  • Learn agile software methodology with hand on access to tools such as Jira and Halo
  • Responsible for creating documentation for users
  • Assist in the test and release process


  • 1+ years’ experience of Salesforce Administration
  • Passion for Salesforce
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Experience with training users
  • A Salesforce administrator certificate (ADM 201)

Personal attributes:

  • Technical mindset and an interest in software development
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
  • Good analytical skills
