Update March 2020 – COVID-19

Ryan Lucas

Customers and employee safety remain our highest priorities

As we prepare for further measures to mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus, I wanted to give you an update about the actions we are taking to ensure business continuity for ourselves and our customers.

During these uncertain times, our top priorities are employee safety, ensuring we communicate with you regularly to keep you apprised of the ongoing situation, and doing whatever possible to decrease the impact on our services.

We have spent the last year investing in technology and our people, and at a time like this, our forward thinking approach will pay off.

  • A key number of our staff have top-of-the-range hardware, meaning they are able to work at full capacity from home.
  • We use market-leading collaboration software tools including Microsoft Office 365, Teams and SharePoint, giving us a fully functioning virtual office.
  • Our custom-built cloud-based operating system is provided by one of the largest computing and social enterprise software providers on the market, meaning we can still operate smoothly, efficiently and securely.
  • We are strictly following all government guidelines and procedures and are diligently monitoring for any updates.

It is impossible to predict what will happen in the coming weeks but I am fully confident in the experience of my staff and the robustness of our technology and processes.

Rest assured, we will continue to follow the guidelines set out by the Government and closely monitor the situation locally and globally, ensuring we can take proactive measures so that our customers receive the service excellence they are used to.
