New Website

Our goal with this new website is to provide visitors with an easier way to learn about DG Internationals services and to redefine expectations about what a global logistics company is about.

DG International is a fast-paced, data-driven global logistics organisation specialising in flexible, innovative shipping solutions to deliver total customer service excellence.

Combining cutting-edge technology, a range of global delivery options and a network of freight solutions, DG International will deliver anywhere retailers sell and are thrilled to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website - wearedg.com.

Built from the ground up the objective was to make the new website faster, easier to navigate, and more engaging.

We felt it was important to emphasise the scale of our global logistics offering as well as our Horizon platform. Years of experience and a people centred culture combined with our technology mean we are a freight forwarder and logistics company with a difference.

Head of Marketing, Michael Stimpson gives insight into why the site was redeveloped.

Michael states “we wanted to focus on delivering a greatly improved experience for our customers making their journey with DG International as seamless as possible.”

“Since coming to market in 2009, DG International has grown exponentially and now serves a number of well-known high street and ecommerce brands. The redesign is a huge part of our ambitious growth plans. We wanted to convey our warm, friendly and customer orientated approach when communicating our brand identity because traditionally the logistics industry has only ever been about moving goods from A to B with images of ocean liners.”

Amongst the new features, the site contains improved communication and UX relating to the company’s shipping solutions, shipping routes, Horizon and industry resources.

DG International will be working to update its content hub with helpful information, cutting-edge thought leadership, video and applications as part of a wider knowledge centre.
